In store customer service was great. The delivery service used for appliance delivery was way way way less than stellar. Bordering on AWFUL!!

The people who work there are friendly, knowledgeable, ask how they may help you . Answers your questions. And they honor the veterans by giving 10% discount on every purchase every day. Lowe's is the only store I will ever use. I tell all the people that I see about my experiences at Lowe's.
They were very helpful and friendly, unlike the other guys, thanks for the business and patience.
This store lost out on a $3000+ countertop install because an associate was "too busy" to take down my information, and instead of asking to schedule an appointment, just told me to come back another day... Really Lowes? Come back another day so I can be turned away for the 3rd time? No thanks. I was finally going to apply for a Lowes card too because of the 60/84 month financing. Too bad none of your salespeople had the time to sign me up. Home depot, here I come.
Very disappointed by Lowes' customer service. Pre-paid special order canceled without speaking to us. AND, we weren't informed the order had been canceled until we stopped in to see why we hadn't received the items yet. Remodel starts in 2 days and we must now rush to find replacements for the items we had ordered. Never again.
This store is clean and the staff is very helpful.
