we have waited 3x now for them to come out to measure are door for a storm door after the first time they reschedule then no show the 2 time then we did it again now no show again . 3rd strike now want money back maybe home depot will give better service😟
customer service in the appliance dept is none existent. apparently the only person that can let you know if you appliances are in is the person who took your order!! so if that person goes on vacation or is out you are SOL!! when i personally went in to chk, the worker at the counter tells us he is just getting ready to go on break!! funny thing is this is the same person that was there when we went to place order and he did the same thing, and handed us off to someone else!! will never buy another appliance there again!
Total lack of customer service. Tried the buy now, pick up later service ( without any paperwork to signify that or state a specified timeframe). Went to pick up merchandise, no record that they owe me. Management did some research, called a few days later and said yes they owe me 150 pavers. They would not offer delivery for me at their expense due to their error so I went to go pick them up today and once again they don’t have a receipt that they owe me the 150 pavers! This is insane!
Rant--- Management does NOT care about customer service or accountability for their mistakes (or incompetence?) ! I can count on one hand or perhaps even one finger the number of times I have walked into a Home Depot in the past 20 years. And how has my loyalty to Lowe's been rewarded? We went searching for a new washer last week. The closest Lowe's to us did not have the one that we wanted which was on display. They said it would be several weeks before they could get... I went to Lowes in Lake Wales to purchase a washer and dryer as my dryer had quit. They had the dryer but not the washer and said it would be 7-14 days before it could be delivered. I asked if only the dryer could be delivered sooner and was told no that both had to be delivered at same time! They said Haines City store had both and could deliver sooner. I had to drive all the way to Haines City to purchase the appliances so I could get the dryer in a timely manner!!!!! This is not good customer service!! Why could the washe... read more
