In & Out FAST!!!! And Gone To Work
Absolutely horrible customer service! Not only did I order online to pick up and get all the way there, what I ordered was not there. Rude people said basically take the floor model which I wasn’t doing. Lied about the product. And stood around making jokes about transporting it. Have already called Lowe’s customer service and filed an incident report. Do not shop at this location!

Went to this store because my home town store was out of a light fixture I wanted. When I went to check out we realized my Lowe’s card had a hold on it and I didn’t have my cell phone with me. (Everything is linked through your phone so without one you are in a tough spot to verify who you are). Cashier Lisa and Manager ( don’t know her name but very nice) called for me got me to who I needed to speak and waited 20 mins after store was closed for me to finish so I could check out. Very wonderful crew.
This location is amazing!!! Very friendly & absolutely helpful!! I had a bad experience in the Haines City location earlier in the day & these guys made it all better! Not only did we get what we were coming for, but we spent the extra & got a few other things. Looks like when I have Lowe's needs, I'll be making the trip to Lake Wales!
We visited the Lowe's store in Lake Wales on Saturday before Irma. What amazing employees!! Thank you for being open and for being so helpful.
This Lowe's was great I was there looking for plywood to board up my windows for the hurricane of course they were out of plywood. One of the sales lady came by the lumber section and told us that they should have a truck in about 2 hours but we had to go outside get in line with the other customers . We waited about two and a half hours and we finally got out plywood I just want to say it was well organized coming out making announcements with bullhorn and explain each and every detail how they was going to do everything it... read more
