This has been the biggest headache. Two weeks ago, bought a dishwasher. They called me two days later to tell me it would be on the truck March 4th or 7th and they'd call me as soon as it got there to schedule delievery. On the 10th I called just to check the status and they were rude and acted like I was putting them out for calling. The delivery department is horrendous. We ordered patio pavers to be delivered, was scheduled - cancelled (truck was down), scheduled again for Monday or Tuesday, was never give a time and they didn't show up Monday so called. Was told 12-4...then a little after 10 they discover that the truck doesn't actually work and don't know when they can deliver. Really? I stopped into the garden center this afternoon and needed some mulch. As I have multiple health problems and am not able to stand, especially in high heats very long and unable to pick up heavy items I stopped at the register first and told the cashier what I needed. After standing in the 90 degree heat for almost 20 minutes with NO HELP at all and asking 3 more people if I could get some help I went back to the register and told her that I wasn't able to stand there because of my health and she said "oh well".
