We were in the Opelika store on 10/5/20. Had a cashier that was extremely unprofessional and RUDE. We spoke with Keri and she suggested us to speak with a manager. I tried multiple times to speak with a manger but no luck. They never answer the phone and they don’t return calls. When I was in the store they were in a “meeting”.

We just purchased a lot of tile for our bathroom remodel at the Opelika store. Nathan helped us by getting 15 boxes of tile from the top of the shelves for us, of course they weren't all beside eachother. He searched the top of the shelves for us until we had every box on the floor.Then, he checked his scanner to make sure he hadn't missed any in the back AND check the Columbus store for us so we could go there Saturday & pick up the rest of the tile we need.He did all of this with a smile on his face & a great attitude whil... read more
I have had the WORST experience with Lowe’s. I ordered carpet months ago and to keep a long story short it is still not installed. It had been a horribly experience and I strongly recommend never getting your flooring from them. Feel free to reach out to me if you have more questions about this and I’ll be happy to answer them.
This store is the worst. Your managers take no responsibility and do not care. I WILL NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS AND WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. All the reviews are terrible because get a clue THEY’RE TERRIBLE. This place needs to clean house and start over. The manager is an ABSOLUTE JOKE.

There appears to be no one working in the paint department. I’ve been waiting 20 minutes 😡😡
DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE. Horrible customer service. Ordered a dishwasher. Paid to have the old one hauled away. Little did I know, because no one mentioned it, that they LITERALLY only deliver and pick up the product. No install. No un-install. They don't even send the outlet cord with the dishwasher. How is this company still in business? GO TO HOME DEPOT. The delivery guy told me "You're not the first this has happened to, and you won't be the last." How encouraging.
