Very disappointed in Lowe's warranty service. Purchased a microwave in September 2017, along with a 3 year replacement plan. It quit working on Friday, August 17. Talked to 2-3 different people from then through Monday, 8/20. Was told to take it to the store and I could pick out a new microwave. Took it on Monday, 8/20 and then they said it was still under the original one-year warranty and had to be sent for repairs before they replaced it. You know Lowe’s is one of my favorite stores and over the years I’ve spent way to much time and money in there. But today was the worst customer service I’ve ever endured. I purchased a refrigerator, the cashier called Code 50 or whatever to help us load it. After waiting 20 mins I went back inside to request yet another page, still no one. At this point I’m aggravated! So we load the refrigerator ourselves. Gave my grandparents a bunch of trouble about delivering a washer and dryer at the same time after they just moved across the country!!
Been waiting almost 2 months for a tank to arrive for a toilet. Need I say more?
Spent $6,000 on floors, still waiting for install. Once they get your money, you can forget any service.
10 minutes ago I loaded 30 stone blocks, 2 bags of sand, 3 bags of pea gravel and some various electrical items...wheeled them to the counter....paid for them and then loaded every bit of it into my truck, right in front of lawn and garden, with at least half a dozen employees wandering around aimlessly and not the first offer for help....should have I expected any better? I'll try Home Depot for my next purchase.
