Spent about $1200 here on appliances. I’m now six weeks in on waiting for a $344 refund for something that was never delivered. Spent hours on the phone and 3 trips to other stores local to me trying to initially make the purchases and then later, trying to resolve the refund issue (this was for a rental property in AL). My Sister Betty McClung purchased a over $ 2000 whirlpool refrigerator 6 months ago. The icemaker went out 3 months ago Lowe's hired Norman's Electronics Columbus Ga to repair it. They have worked on it (8) eight times and it still don't work. She is going to hire an attorney and also complain to the better business bureau. I'm going to broadcast it all over the internet. I came to get a wood wire spool and a very sweet older man in Electrical was just so helpful, homeboy rolled it all the way out to me while I went to get a cart. Excellent service especially that man. Wish I remembered to check his name tag. But yeah that man is a charm and the service here is great.
I remember the good old days when carpenters and construction workers carried their own lumber. But I digress. We're remodeling a house and are relying heavily on Lowe's for the best items at the best prices. So far, so good. Oh, we load our stuff ourselves. We'll be back. This weekend for sure. Probably more than once.
I had a mix up on an order. Sara, one of the managers, took care of everything, and I was a very happy customer.
I was a Home Depot customer but since they've stopped giving a military discount on various items...lumber, etc... I'm now a loyal Lowes customer. Great job Lowes for putting Veterans before profit. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
