I'm not the kind to complain about businesses on Facebook. I usually try to give them the benefit of a doubt but today's experience at Lowes was rediculous. First we could not get any help loading all 35 2x4's,11 1x3's, 4 sheets of roofing, 15 sheets of osb boards and 8 concrete blocks onto our buggy nor help loading it onto the truck. Oh and the trailer we bought as well had a flat tire and they made a big deal about pumping up the tire. Never again Lowes. Randal one of your employees was spectacular today, I couldn't for the life of me find the receipt to do the review but he worked diligently and intelligently to help me design a kennel for my dog. We spent about 2 and a half hours working. I could tell he thoroughly enjoyed what he does and I couldn't make this a reality without him or your other two that helped along. Had no problem getting in got help getting my product and out in record time. Columbus on the other hand was like a ghost town.

Customer service stinks! Took me 30 Mins after having someone paged several times to come help me by then I already found most of what I needed!
I just had my worse experience ever at this location. Waited over an hour to get blinds cut. They had no one that knew how. Waited 45 minutes to talk to a manager, no manager could be located. Don't waist your time at this location. Go somewhere else that cares.
