Christina was super unprofessional & rude as my family came in for fence panels. Nothing but attitude & Sass. Literally said "They are only $20, what do you expect"!!!! I expect my moneys worth when you bring me fence panels that a cracked & rotted. Are you kidding me. I used to work for & built a Lowe' store. I know how wrong this is & simply unacceptable. This was in Rochester NH & I want something done about this ASAP!!!!
Can I give negative numbers for reviews? I wish! This store is horrible. I tried to order appliances for a new home being built in Rochester. I spent almost 2 hours on July 11 trying to purchase a dishwasher, stove and microwave with no success. The gentleman helping was not familiar with appliances nor the software system. I ended up having to leave and I just ordered them online. The 3 appliances came from 2 different stores, neither of them the Rochester store.
