do not,buy carpet & have it installed.by kelley floors,horrible installation,carpet is 14 months old,pattern is coming apart,and there are 4 ripples in the carpert,called customer service,& was told it is pass the 12 month warranty,so we are stuck with this mess and paid $ 900 for this wow
I ordered appliances that were "in stock". had to wait 3 weeks for delivery. No phone call from Lowes to confirm delivery. I called them the night before and they have been delayed another 3 weeks! Not happy!
On line it shows 91 packs of Affresh available at the Rochester,NH store. They told me they are all out and no rain checks. Should have shopped Amazon.
Horrible customer service inexperienced help. I ordered stuff through the pro desk as a commercial customer and was told repeatedly that even though I was standing at the commercial desk they couldn’t help me. I scheduled all of my materials to be picked up and instead they put them on the truck ship them to Sanford and charged me over $100 for shipping that was never necessary and then I had to argue with them about canceling the order
Lisa in appliances was very knowledgeable. She made our washing machine buying experience less stressful.
Our roof has been leaking since Lowe's in Rochester NH was paid a significant amount of money to replace it in September 2017. We hired Lowe's to do our roof so that my husband wouldn't have to. We did not get our money's worth. Lowe's has not honored the contract we signed showing 100% satisfaction and a 2 year labor warranty. Emails go unanswered and telephone voicemails unreturned. Very disappointing experience with Lowe's today. Bought an Acurite Indoor/Outdoor Thermometer that failed while under the manufacturer's one year warranty. Lowe's refused to accept my return, claiming that I have to deal with the manufacture for resolution. I explained to them that I already did; the manufacturer sent a replacement sensor which also turned out to be defective.
