My daughter bought a brand new washer & dryer from the Rochester Lowe's and a week latter she noticed the drain hose had a leak in it just before it goes into the back and we went to Lowe's and they sent someone to fix it a few days later that had no way to fix it and said they'll send someone else to fix it. 2 weeks later still NO ONE has called or showed up to fix it.
No longer giving Veterans a discount = no longer shopping here. - Correction - they are no longer accepting "Veteran's status" on your NH Drivers License, and will only accept a VA ID Card in order to receive the discount. Given that the requirements to obtain either are the same, this is absolutely silly for Lowes to be doing this.
Inconvenient isn't even the word to use! Purchased a stainless fridge, dishwasher, stove, over the range vent & sink. I call to confirm the order is ready for pickup. The woman says your fridge, washer & dryer are ready.. connects me to appliances with no answer. Stand at customer service for 1.5 hours & leave with a stove & dishwasher. They try to convince me I didn't order the range hood (though I had the order with # pulled up on my phone). what a joke!!! don't believe anything they advertise. Just bought a washer got free delivery but not till.3 weeks away!! come on !!! realy. Not ready to take this awnser will post if help is found!
Just wanted to say Thank you to the Staff at the Rochester Lowe's. My son was working on a project and we went to Lowe's for all the supplies. In the paint section we had an extremely nice woman help him determine how to stain his project as well as gather all the supplies he needed. She was awesome!! She took the time to explain everything to him!! In the wood department there was a nice young man who cut everything he needed to size and in the hardware section there was a nice man who helped us find the brackets he needed.... read more
