I had an independent contractor, working for Lowes, who installed my new dishwasher, today. His name is Bradley. I've had independent contractors, from Lowes, before, and they did a pretty good job, but they weren't professionals and did a crappy job. Bradley had to do extra stuff to get my dishwasher installed. This man is the best! He knows what he's doing and took great care in making sure my dishwasher was installed to perfection. Lowes needs to hang on to him. He's the best!!! Thanks Bradley.
It's impossible to get service in the appliance center. They sit at the desk and offer no assistance at all. They will call someone for you but will not get off of their rear end to help. This is two days in a row I have come in and experienced the same.
WE ARE RENOVATING OUR KITCHEN; STARTED SEARCHING FOR A NEW GAS RANGE. LOOKED EVERY PLACE AND ENDED UP AT LOWE'S IN GREER; FANTASTIC SERVICE FROM PETE. HE WAS AN ABSOLUTE LIFESAVER AND WE PURCHASED THE RANGE AND A NEW MICROWAVE AS WELL. PETE HAS A WEALTH OF KNOWLEDGE AND SHOULD BE COMMENDED AND APPRECIATED BY YOUR COMPANY. WE WILL BE BACK FOR MORE THINGS. WE SHOP THERE QUITE OFTEN BUT PETE WAS UNUSUALLY GRACIOUS AND HELPFUL. ...AND EXTREMELY BUSY HELPING OTHERS AS WELL.
I purchased a washer and had it delivered. Washed one load of laundry and it stopped working. I returned to the store and they were extremely helpful and swapped out my machine with no problems! Thank you so much for your excellent customer service!!
