Recently ordered drywall and insulation from Lowes and had it delivered to my home. Changed my delivery date twice 4 hours after they were supposed to arrive. Then arrived 4 hours late on the day it was delivered. To top it all off, the Delivery damaged my home, my material, and was even missing items due to the driver not securing the load before leaving the store. Needless to say, there was some left on Hwy 29. Very disappointed in Lowes. I have spent thousands with their store finishing my basement.
Twice I have special ordered something and had to wait an hour or more for them to find it and bring it to the front. Selection and pricing are generally good, but customer service is painfully slow and almost nonexistent.
The best lowes you can go to. people are very friend and a ton of help. Always willing to help customers. Very knowledgeable.
Sorry to complain again but still don't have my dishwasher we ordered and paid for Nov.2016. Five months really.
I have had positive experiences in the past but I absolutely do not recommend using this team for flooring. Horrible customer service from the folks estimating and delivering the product, and then once the 4-hour late install team arrives and spends half an hour at the house, they say they don't have all of what they need and leave with directions to reschedule.
I go there almost every gay and I like Jimmy Johnson
