This Vietnam Era veteran and his wife just spent another $2000 at the Greer SC Lowe's today. BECKY, in the Appliance Dept, was absolutely a joy to work with! The cashier was very friendly and helpful, too. We purchased a new 28 cu ft refrigerator, along with a 5 year service plan, and look forward to enjoying it in our home.

Lowes is getting like Walmart they have what you want at the price you need.Customer Service is a thing of the past.I spend alot of money there and last night I spent $75 on paint and I asked for some stir sticks and was told I can only get a stir stick when I buy 5 gallons of paint????????????

Online ordering for same-day pickup is pretty much useless from this location. The last three orders I've placed over the last few months have all been shown to be in stock. Each time, however, I received a call about one hour later stating that they do not actually have the item in stock. Not sure where the problem lies that multiple items are shown to be in the store when they actually aren't even there, but it really needs to be resolved. Keya in the garden department is awesome! She assisted an elderly gentleman with his purchase, handed him a bottle of water, realized he couldn't carry it along with his keys and cane, so she quickly ran to his car and put the water inside for him. That kind of customer service is why I love shopping at Lowe's!
