Extremely disappointed that I wasted an hour of my Sunday afternoon to respond to an email add on mulch being on sale but I wasn't given the sales price. The department manager Scott had no interest in looking at my email advertisement and just blew me off. I'm going back to Home Depot for my outdoor needs.
Had a contractor rip us off, and Stephanie and Skylar and the whole team were super helpful in helping us return our items.
It’s been a nightmare! We purchased a cook top and sink from them. Tried to have them do laminate countertops. Just cut and install as we were doing demo. It took weeks to get an awful product that was cut wrong. After being told they were going to install we did demo only to be told they were not. We are now without counters, sink and cook top for probably weeks. The manager will tell you he will call you back and WILL NOT.
