I think or i know its a shame when a customer pays good money for a product and the Company that has so much money charges a arm and a leg to deliver my mom and pa just bought a expenisive lawn mower and was told a fee to deliver now need be he is a Veteran too its just a shame both are in the 70s too bad news for Lowes...
Awful customer service...Bought a new kitchen set in February and the refrigerator has been replaced SIX times...called corporate and have yet to hear back from a district or regional manager...the issue is still not resolved 3 months later. Buyer Beware of this Lowes store!
Associates here are so nice. They take time to talk personally with you. Last night was a nice visit to the store.
