Bought a new French door Whirlpool refrigerator first of Dec. Within 2 weeks all the lights went out. They told us we had to contact Whirlpool which we did. Took them 3 weeks to come out. After 2 trips and 2 circuit boards it was working again except them the ice marker didn’t work. Called Whirlpool again and took another week for them to come out. Have definitely declined on their customer service. 2 of the last 2 times my husband has left upset. We are closer to the other Lowe's in Florence but used to come here for better service. Looks like we may be taking our business to Conway.
The garden department was helpful when I had questions and they are cleaning that part of the store up better than before to better serve there customers!
My husband went to pick a water heater that we purchased online today. He was told that it was gone. Someone had sold it from the service desk area. It was the last one in stock and they sold the one that we had already purchased. No offer of a discount on another one or anything. It was one of those oh well situations. I'm very disheartened with the Freedom Blvd, Florence, SC location. I doubt that we will ever shop there again. Home Depot, here we come!!
I think I will come again me and my boo had a great experience here we got what we wanted
