You have the worst customer service and your employees have no knowledge of how to utilize the system. This is our second time attempting to purchase an appliance from you and have left to go to Home Depot. We will never shop here again. Your teeth sucking employees are going to turn everyone away. Customer service is horrible. I don't know who was working the help desk today, but she had no interest in helping me or getting me the help I needed.
Its 1:11 pm I've been on the phone waiting for pro services for about an hour now. And switch board operator keeps sending me to the pro services desk It's been an hour. And counting. Is Lowes going out of business? Are they moving to another state ? Is everyone on lunch break Is Lowes looking for customer service position Lol. Wow work ethic is at. It's best in this store 😂
I ordered a refrigerator online 21 days ago. It’s was supposed to be delivered on November 6th. The delivery date got pushed back to November 10th. When it did not arrive on that day I called. I have called six more times since then and I still do not have an answer of when I will get my refrigerator or where my refrigerator even is. I still need answers. I spoke with both managers already. Neither has given me any information.
One register. Every time I go in. One. Walmart has better customer service. Last time I visit. I’ll drive to Columbia to get something. It shouldn’t take longer to check out than it does to drive to the store, find what you need, and then walk to the one open register. What really makes me mad is when the only other cashier evidently working wanders over to joke about only being gone for two minutes. Lady I’ve already been here more than two minutes.
