Great place to find what you need customer service not to good
I am sitting here now waiting on lumber (24 2x4's)that my husband asked for over an hour ago. One employee sat on the fork lift (texting on his phone) while my husband unloaded all of the other 4x4's we got. The other employee was very frustrated (clearly) because he called for help on the radio at least 7 times and no one came. This store needs to hire more/better help. We do a lot of business here but this is ridiculous.
One more low rating for this store! Why do they not fix this mess? Not one white shutter to be found?!?! What is that? Had to ORDER simple shutters when they should have had them. I can't believe it is taking 2 WEEKS just for a simple, standard size shutters to get to this store??? The most it should take is 4-5 days with all the other stores to send some. We used to love Lowes but it may be time to go to Home Depot . Lets see if anyone in management reads these reviews
I HATE Lowe's Home Improvement!! Seriously, the only reason I go to this store is because its 2 minutes down the road, but I am going to have to start going across town to Home Depot. I had purchased roller shades from them and needed them cut. I ordered only one first to make sure I measured right. I did. I special ordered a stove on October 17th that they said would be in on October 31st. October 31st no stove. Alee they could tell me was it was not there. Talked to Gary on Monday Nov.1st and he confirmed that he got an email that said it would be here Fri. Nov.4th. Well come Friday, NO STOVE. Said they were getting a truck Wednesday Nov.9.
