If we are required to wear a mask then your employees should wear one. Went in to buy paint and 3 employees I passed had masks around their neck... Lowe’s made plenty of money during the pandemic but if you’re not going to follow CDC guidelines I won’t be back. Your employee in paint was so busy stocking she wouldn’t let me look at the paint. Didn’t even acknowledge me. So tired of subpar customer service.
Was treated very unfair. Employee got mad because I ask her to do A Price check for me. Then she started cursing and had the worst attitude towards me before I left. I will be returning my items back to LOWES. Manager didn't make it any better.

Ordered online Saturday night expecting pickup Sunday morning. Called at noon to check on as online order status said in process. Called 3 times let phone ring for many minutes...finally answered. My order not ready was told the only 2 order pickers just came to work and could not give me a ready time. called to see if an item was in stock and told there were 39 in store so i drove 20 minutes to purchasethe item. when i got there i couldn't find the item so i asked the gentleman in garden where to find it and he told me i could "try" over there and pointed. found nothing. went to customer service desk and was told someone would meet me in garden section to help me and 15 minutes later a gentleman passed by and told me they were closing and i needed to leave!!!! i guess the look on my face said a ton and he suggested i go t... read more
After two promised delivery dates no washer/dryer delivered. Driver just calls and says he does not have the dryer. Can deliver the washer. Now why would I have 1/2 of an order delivered. Will visit store tomorrow to cancel order.
