My stove dies, so I went online and found stoves that met my needs that were in stock that we could pick up and take home today. Found one at Lowes, the website said that 2 were available at the Wauwatosa store. We go to the store and low and behold there are none available. The young lady that was attempting to help us said that the online thing is never right. Um, ok?! then why have it?? We left and bought a stove elsewhere
I had a great experience here tonight. Every employee was extra helpful and the manager gave us a deal on some discontinued molding. We will definitely be shopping here again.
when I order on line was told it was in the store then when call was told was receive the order after it came in on dec 7 I still want the order but it would have been nice to been told this when I order product at this point I wouldn't recommenlowes to my friends
Do not buy anything that needs to be installed or delivered from this retailer!! I am appalled by the lack of service and care. We purchased a new door and locks in August 2015 and had to pay the full $1500 day of. They were booked until October 2015. First, they ordered the wrong door (data entry error by their employee) in which we spent over 90 minutes in the store with the manager entering in the dimensions.
