Anthony and his crew delivered a new washer/dryer set this morning. They were on time, quick, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional. Just moving to the area it’s nice to know excellent service is available locally. Definitely will use Lowe’s for future purchases.
We used to shop here all the time but lately the customer service has been terrible. Today we stood around the washer/dryers for 20 min ready to buy and not one associate asked us if we needed help. We left and went and bought our washer/dryer at Grand Appliance in Brookfield where we were immediately helped by a friendly and knowledgeable associate.
Worse customer service ever. Waited over 30 min to pick up item I bought online. Service desk staff needed me to prompt them to check on item and didn't seem interested in helping customers.
Very unhappy came to get three different colors of paint and there was some sort of mix-up and now my door is not right and neither is my entire hallway that has been painted over twice.
