one of your employees is spreading hate and racial remarks on a fox 6 facebook news article. i have proof and did acreen shots. he goes by the name precious. just wanted to let u know. ill be making a phone call to your store manager about it also.
You would think buying one appliance, a maytag dryer shouldn't be a big deal, but no, two weeks to order, another week to install, the dryer doesn't work, find out its a discontinued model, minimum three more weeks to get. Multiple phone calls, disconnected and transfers to wrong department. No dryer, no repeat customer.

We bought 6 new appliances for our new home. The representative instructed us that the washer and dryer had a rebate so we bought the LG brand and even upgraded in the color since we were getting a rebate. The receipt indicated that our LG washer and dryer qualified for the rebate. However, once we went online to enter our rebate information, we were declined for the rebate due to the fact that we didn’t ALSO purchase a sidekick to go with the washer!!
