Bought 2 40# Bags of sacrete yesterday. One split and dumped on me and the ground as I lifted it out of the cart. No arguments, got two new bags and an apology.
WOWIE ZOWIE... as I was reading the webpage to check prices on washers, and saw free delivery. WAIT a minute,this sounds too good to be true, what's the catch? GUESS what?? there is NO catch, it's honest to goodness customer service! I don't even know where to start... My boyfriend and I decided we needed new carpet for our newly bought house, we contacted Lowe's the week of May 7th, we knew that we had a large space, roughly 1000 square feet to cover. When my boyfriend went to Lowe's to talk to someone in flooring, they told us that they would have to measure our area and that our carpet would only take a week or two, since we choose an in stock carpet. Dang, I'm watching American Pickers, and I just saw the Lowe's ad I saw a couple months ago. Said you get NEXT DAY DELIVERY on in-stock appliance purchases. I knew I didn't dream that. LIARS!!! When my refrigerator died, I went online and bought an in-stock refrigerator from the Wauwautosa, WI Lowe's store. I did the buy Saturday evening. Man an employee went to bathroom and walked out not washing his hands. I said something to him and he said and I quote " FU if you don't like it that I didn't wash my hands, go shop somewhere else Asshole." When I notified the manager, he said what you want me to do about it? Don't shop here whatever you do. I hate Lowe's anyways but it was close to where i was so I stopped.
Went to buy a riding lawn mower that was in stock at the store. Was told by the associate that it would be up to 2 months for delivery. When asked why, they told me to go to the store on S. 27th St. and see if they have sooner delivery available. What a joke. How can it take 2 months for a lawn mower that is in stock to be delivered?
Don't get flooring instead through their flooring department. Trust me. Seriously trust me...
