Terrible í Went to buy a dryer belt they said we don't have it I said its 3 on stock I just see it online he said order online wich my daughter did I went inside to pick it up and they told they to refund the money because it out of stock and I said remove the item from the computer then
Can't even get through to anyone to try to get service. Waited forever in the store for an "assistant manager" to finally come over for a counter top estimate. He took "notes" and said we'd get a call back the next morning. Never got a call back with even an estimate. Tried calling and was told the counter top person was "busy" and was then hung up on. Tried calling back to speak with a manager and was told the manager was "busy." Taking my countertop order elsewhere. You'd be wise to do the same.
Don't use the Franklin lowes for counter top installation. Worst experience ever. Unless you are ok with it taking nine weeks to be completed. Poor customer services and lots of excuses.
It has taken over 5 months for my custom blind order to arrive. No one can seem to track packages and find where blinds are. Only given a 15 percent discount, which is next to nothing given all the time and energy I have spent calling and following up on this. Store manager, Wayne, promised to give me a call back have yet to hear back from him since October. Blinds are here for a week, installed sales has not called me back after several calls to schedule installation.
Waiting at garage doors for 15 mins, listening to my garage door page 6 times. Sigh.
