Just had the most horrible experience. I have been a customer and had a card for 6 years and will be cancelling it shortly. I purchased storm doors and installation service. After two of ordering and scheduling I get a call from the INSTALLER that he wasn’t coming to install my doors that I had already paid for. Why do you ask? He tells me because Lowe’s SOLD YOUR DOORS. We reached out to several landscaping businesses looking for donations for the front of our middle school. Lowe’s was the only one to follow up with us, and they donated all the man power, as well as beautiful landscaping for the front of our school. They were professional, giving, helpful, and the front of our building is now beautiful. We can’t thank them enough!!
Waiting on a special order with installation since April 30th. I would not recommend this store. Poor customer service.
Awful company that preys on the elderly and infirm. I would suggest not getting any flooring - their installers don't call back, and when they do finally install, everything is wrong. Took 4 months and 4 trips to get it right. However in the process the installers that were there to install carpet, damaged my parents 6 month old flooring. Literally the worst customer service at this location. Our washer broke 2 weeks ago and I have called multiple times to have someone come out and look at it and no one ever answers. I regret purchasing from them and definitely won’t go to them in the future if this is how they treat their customers. It has been nothing but a headache this entire time.
Thanks Lowes, for fucking over the city of Franklin. I will do whatever I can to boycott your store and get others to boycott it as well.
