3 weeks & still waiting on our carpeting that the carpet mill cut wrong! Customer service was horrible. No one knows what's going on. They even called to ask how our installation went!!!!!! Really????? Zero compassion from the store and corporate...all they could do was remind us that our agreement was binding. Ugh!!!! Should have stuck with a small local carpet place.......wake up Lowes....you are not the only players in town. Can't wait to see what's next.
Shame on you Lowe's for not giving ALL Veterans your military discount. You only let the retired or disabled Veterans or active military have the discount. What about the other Veterans? They fought for their country and gave their lives too, why should they be excluded? They're not any less important than their disabled, retired or active comrades.
