@Lowes installed 20 new windows for me in December of 2018 and all 20 have been leaking buckets of water since the installation. Installers admit to sealing windows to vinyl siding (not underlying waterproofing layer) but Lowes still not admitting culpability. What a nightmare. Quit misleading people......................
Went to go get a Christmas tree with my daughter. After picking out a tree ,we asked can they put it on top of her truck (SUV) and tie it down. They said no we can't do that. Very Rude!! And wasn't very helpful picking out a tree stand either. So we went to Home Depot on the other side of the hill. Very friendly and helpful! They put the tree on the truck, tied it down and helped pick out the right tree stand! I can't believe how rude the Lowe's workers were. I'll take my business to Home Depot!!
Against my better judgement I paid $50 for a flooring estimate. It took several days longer than promised for the estimate to be completed, and when they called to say it was done they told me they won’t email them to the customer. Now I’m here to pick it up and the flooring person says that the person who can get it for me is out to lunch. Unacceptable. You’ve lost a customer today.
At 720am - waiting 25 minutes for a gallon of paint! Seriously - the employee was in the department doing stuff and walked away once I pulled the chip. Pressed the ‘assistance needed’ button twice - one employee came over to clear and said the paint person would be back in just a minute. Never ceases to amaze me -
I ordered a shed online at lowes to be picked up at Allen park lowes. Was notified by an email from lowes that item was at store. Went to pick item up and was informed that item wasn't at the store. Showed email stating that item was at store. Clerk told me that was an automated system that they weren't responsible for and I should have waited for the phone call.
