I wanted a specific dishwasher that had an LED light inside of it when you opened the door. I asked the salesperson several times if I would be able to get that particular dishwasher and I was assured each time that I asked him that I could. It was a special order. Was not wanting to purchase appliances (stove, fridge, microwave) or even deal with this location due to previous issues there. Gf talked me into it and full of regrets. 1. Double billed for shipping when it should have been free. 2nd trip that day there corrected it. 3rd trip in the same day to correct shipping date promised and mistakenly changed by them. Completely waste of my time. Signed a fence contract months ago and the expectations were just never set properly. Was lied to constantly and dragged along for months. To have the installer cuss me out. Matt at Pro fence and deck. Would never allow that guy to work for me after that. Couldn’t get me in for months, I just canceled it. My mom and I have been coming to this Lowe’s all summer for bits and pieces for home improvements and haven’t had any trouble. Sadly, these past couple of weeks whenever we come through the doors we can see a sea of people not wearing masks and no employees asking customers to wear masks despite the governors order. Other Lowe’s have it posted on their doors that they require masks and will have an employee usually in the front to confront those not wearing one. The workers are horrible don’t no nothing about the products customer service is a joke they don’t explain nothing right I’m done with Lowe’s in Allen Park to many kids work there with no knowledge about the products so dam sad 😞
I love Lowe's for convenience. Special order fulfillment has been a bad experience, at best. Go ahead and fulfill someone elses order with material delivered from the distribution center to fulfill mine. Delay my project even further, that's swell.
This place has the worst service, quality and response time. Don’t waste you’re time or money there. I have placed an order for flooring over a month ago. First I was jerked around for two weeks saying “my flooring is being delivered late due to covid -19”. Then it turned into, that order can’t be completed because the materials are out of stock. When I spend the time looking for what I want to buy and load up my cart with heavy blocks, plants and bags of dirt and then you close and lock the gate at the cashier at 6:20 when sign say you the garden center at 7 your not getting my business. If you found the cart full of s*** sitting there well too bad put it away!
