I just had the worse customer service experience with Kathy at Lowes in Allen Park, MI. I originally purchased a defective grill and was promised a rplmt. Rplmt grill was also defective. She stated there was more important things happening in the store than to solve my issue. This is my first time shopping at Loew’s and I am Very disappointed in this experience. Went to get cabinets Stephanie didn’t no what she was doing couldn’t read the measurements it took almost two hours for her to understand the measurements I’m going to Lowe’s in Southgate she need another department, wasn’t professional at all so sad you guys loosing my money.
