Where is my dryer liars? Had to cancel pm appointment. 75 dollar late fee. They said 9-11. I think they meant 11pm so we wait.....Lowe's doesn't care! Called the delivery manager and he is clueless and has an attitude problem. Couldn't tell when where or if the dang thing is on the truck. Sad. Bad. No more Lowes!
False advertisement, hung up on twice. Out of a water heater amd money now. Hung up on by a department " manager" when asked for a store manager.
Went all the there to get lumber everything I went to buy was warped, bent, split, knotted, missing chunks, or all bark side. You could tell that many people had to dig to find a decent piece it was thrown every where. As far as customer service no one in the aisles as we were leaving 4 associates camped out at the exit door just chatting
Worst..first we went to Woodhaven store to look for grill and twice a young lady asked if we needed help, we told her no that we are just looking but thanks anyways..then the next day we went to the Allen Park store and not one person ever asked us if we needed help. My boyfriend lifted the grill he wanted to buy all by himself on a cart..bad customer service..next time Home Depot!!
THEY RUINED MY PAINT. I SAID ONE DROP DARKER. IT WAS A WHITE-GRAY. THEY MADE IT 9 SHADES DARKER. THE PERSON WORKING THE PAINT AREA SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN BECAUSE CLEARLY HE DOESNT KNOW WHAT HE'S DOING. RUINING YOUR BUSINESS.
My regular store is Madison Heights or warren, where I'm treated GREAT at those stores. Allen park is the WORST!!! I wouldn't write a review if this was a one time thing at THIS location but it's not!! I shouldn't have to get a manager involved when I'm speaking the truth on a situation. The manager called the other location and VERIFIED what I said was truthful. Their attitude sucks and dismissive!!! I'm never going back to this location ever again!!
