Go to any other appliance store. This has been the biggest hassle with no help from anybody to get the delivered damaged appliances replaced. The delivery drivers dont show up. They have rescheduled the exchange and it's been a week to get the replacement appliances delivered but noone seems to be able to find the replacements or its on backorder but wait, they have it in stock but now can't find my order. I have been having a problem getting Samsung to replace a defective dishwasher. The staff at Lowes could not have been more helpful.
Ordered a $950 dryer and paid for the vent and gas pipe for hook up. Parts were not delivered with dryer. After hours on hold I was told it would be delivered the next day. I also received an email to confirm. It was never delivered. On hold again tonight for over an hour. Lowe’s is now saying the parts to hook up the dryer are on back order. So what do we do with a new dryer that cannot be used?
Ordered a dryer online from Lowes on Tuesday 10-17-17. Received email that the dryer would be delivered on Thursday 10-19-17. On the morning of 10-19, I received a call and they left a voice mail. The voice mail was from the lowes driver, and in very broken english said that he would deliver in 45 min to 1 hr. An hour later the driver called and said something, but I couldn't understand him.
