We went to this Lowes today to look for a replacement for our flooded washer. We had awesome service from Matt. Very knowledgeable and friendly guy. Bought the washer really fast because Matt understood what we were looking for.
Ms. Janice (Jan) is the nicest most knowledgeable employee I've ever come across. She helped us find what we needed and we were out if there in 10 minutes. Thank you for helping us fix our sink! It works perfect now!!
Throughout the country, with every Lowe's store I shop at I find the same friendly service. It's always a pleasure to shop there.
I love Lowe's. They have great prices and make sure product is stocked and ready. The employees are awesome.
This store has the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service. We are still waiting for them to correct the defective door (Masonite Fiberglas) that was installed the 1st week of March. Lowes said WE had to contact the manufacturer (Masonite). Originally the installer (good job) said Lowes would handle it, as did a woman in customer service. However, the woman's boss said it was our responsibility. We had to send copies of everything to Masonite but mid April, when they sent the replacement window, it wasn't correct. My husband and I just bought our first home and needed a washer and dryer. The particular set we wanted was not available at any location and would take at least 4 weeks to be delivered. So, we decided to just go another route and chose a different set. The sales associate helping us was super nice and answered all of our questions. We had our new washer and dryer the very next day! The delivery guys were also very friendly and installed our new appliances in no time at all. We will definitely shop here again!
