Just spent 5K buying 7 reliabilt windows & 1 patio door! Worst experience "EVER"!!! Missing screens, damaged screens, wrong size patio door shipped to my house! Then, you try to tell me that you actually have another door that would fit & installed that crap! Only to find out that it is not what I ordered and is a lower series of product than I paid for! Poor customer service. Be careful in their parking lot because according to Darryl the manager who has authority to make decisions, but cant make decisions, they do not own the parking lot!! Customer service and making their customers happy is not their first priority. Home Depot is a better option and Menards is the best.
