Probably the most disorganized Lowe’s I’ve ever been to. The people were friendly and I found what I needed, but everything was just kind of unkempt. The lumber piles were a disaster, door hinges took forever to sort through, and it was nearly impossible to find specific steel or aluminum bar stock.
Avoid this location, horrible service, poor management, they don't want your business, I just got a refund on a washer and dryer that they FAILED to deliver twice, embarrassing, I've called corporate twice now, still waiting to hear from anybody, I've paid for a fence and am getting NO COMMUNICATION from the contractor or the store, I told them I was going to go to Home Depot to buy appliances, they didn't seem to care, so sad, AVOID LOWE'S #neverlowes #anywherebutlowes Simple communication could have prevented this.
Horrible horrible. Sitting here with no dryer. Guess the 800 number is incompetent too. Dryer finally got here last night after 8:30 but had to refuse it after it was damaged. Called the 800 number. No one cares at this location. No one! Terrible. My husband is on the phone with them. They are clueless!!! We still are waiting!!!!!!
The board selection is on point. Pontiac location has horrible selection of wood boards. JUST A TIP FOR YOU CONTRACTORS!
I paid close to $8,000 for a fence back in August. It's now the end of October and the fence is sitting in my driveway, no one is calling me back, I have been hung up on, yelled at, and treated so poorly by Lowe's. I still have no idea when this fence will be installed. I don't even know how to cancel it. I am stuck with no help!
bought a refrigerator from Lows (southfield); the first one was delivered damaged - had to wait for replacement; the replacement was not installed properly (doors / fridge not leveled) and has been accumulating ice; called 3 times and was assured a call back.... 2 days later no calls nothing. Fridge will go back tomorrow --- The other big box store will be getting all of my business from now on.
Had a good experience this time. The gentleman helped me find my items & the female cashier (#8 or 9) was very polite.
Unorganized.. no help when needed... Nothing tagged...
