Customer service sucks. Totally unprofessional.
WARNING!! SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!! I’ve heard others warn me about doing business with this location (which I did but my online order was fulfilled by this store) but I finally see why they did. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from the delivery team to the store associates and “managers.” The delivery person named Joe was extremely unprofessional! Never will I ever visit this location again. After standing at the register for about 6 minutes while the cashier fiddled with the register because she didn’t know how to turn it on, my mother and I had to endure our items being ranged up 4-5 times over among two people because the cashier did not know how to add in the correct amount of money I gave her. Never had an issue with any Lowe's location before but this one decided to fulfill my online order for delivery, except says they delivered my things and never did. They have stolen about $400 and wont answer the phone.
When you pull into curbside pick-up to get your purchase, it would be great to have someone answer the phone inside Lowes. Went there two days in a row with same results.
Their bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in years. The bottoms of their toilets are filthy,floors are disgusting walls & mirrors does not get cleaned regularly. I walked right out. The staff don’t acknowledge you nor ask can I help you with anything. They walk right pass you as if you’re not there. Just based on that I left & went to Home Depot.
