Worst business ever. Poor management who discriminates against people. Poor customer service. Scum of America. Your slogan is improving home improvment but I believe you should start with inproving your business.
I would give them 0 stars. went in to buy carpet on 2-18. I asked if they could install Saturday or evening sure no problem. Took them 3 days to measure. Then 2 days later i had to call them to order and pay.. Payed on 2-24. On 3-2 I called to see what was taking so long. The manager was not at all helpful. Really didn't care that i was upset. Told me they would call me on 3-4. nope no call. On 3-8 they finally called me. No Saturdays available for 4 weeks, They wont come out past 2pm. That's afternoon not evening. Since i c... read more
Do they have the option for 0 stars? Terrible no one offered to assist me. They claim to have lower prices that is not the case. I had an item to return a few days prior to this visit, 2 people were I. Front of me waiting to return something as well. I was in line over 15 minutes �
Excellent friendly customer service who are very patient, the only bad experience for me was from fellow customers who are rude, interrupt you when you're talking to an saleman and think they deserve something for nothing, other than that the actual employees are helpful and friendly.
Super salesman, Rob, in appliances! I spent Friday looking @ washing machines @ BestBuy, Lowes, Home Depot & even Direct Buy (our wholesale buying club). Rob saw that I had done my "homework" (Consumers Report in my hand) & discussed the washers I was interested in with me. He showed me an LG that he personally owns, then showed me the Samsung model (to match our dryer) for this year that was highly rated in Consumers Report last year--and it was on sale! It is a top loader with a glass lid! Everything I was looking for!
