Spent $2,500.00 on appliances on black Friday weekend and can’t get them delivered. They no- showed twice and can’t even find the order. NO ONE from Lowe’s will respond to ANY of our attempts to find out what is going on, yet they still have my money. Corporate won’t even respond! I got rid of all my appliances so the new ones could be delivered. Now I have gone almost a month with NO appliances in my kitchen! My advice...don’t shop with company!!
I would also give this store a zero if that were an option. The customer service is absolutely terrible. I couldn’t find one employee who had a smile on their face much less wanted to help. I will not be shopping here anymore and I suggest others go to Home Depot just down there road.
Whom ever is Fernando ...aka store manager should be FIRED on the spot!! absolute garbage!! Trusted them with new roof just to be messed up with. DO NOT USE THEM for roofing or anything
Never buying a item from lowes again. You all gave the worst experience ever for my order. I ordered my items in 20th of June and supposed to be delivered on July 8th, rescheduled it to 11th and on the delivery day after all the confirmation calls and emails, you are rescheduling to August 11th. Which month after month: Month and half from the original purchase date. This is ridiculous service and the attitude and the customer service is a trash. I will never buy ANYTHING from Lowes again! ! !
We were there to buy a freezer. We are there for over 30 minutes and 4 employees were there but no one came up to help us. I guess my $1,650 wasn't good for them.
