We were there to buy a freezer. We are there for over 30 minutes and 4 employees were there but no one came up to help us. I guess my $1,650 wasn't good for them.
Slow people to help customer, they said all people around is busy
So so disappointed. Waited for two weeks for my washer dryer. When the delivery guy showed up it did not have the stacking kit for the dryer to sit on top of the washer. We were very clear with the sales person when we bought it that this is what it would be used for. My husband called the store and was hung up on. He then went to the store and asked to speak with management and was told that the manager would not be in today and there was no one else he could talk to.
