Curbside pickup!!!!!! WHAT A F-ING JOKE!!!!!! Ok so you put parking spots out front with a number to call along with an extension (THAT DOESNT WORK AND SENDS YOU TO “Appliances”)... try getting an Operator to pick up .... lol good luck with THAT!!!! This store is a JOKE!!!! Had to go stand in line to get orders placed online... and that was after being on HOLD for ANYONE to pick up the phone ( which no one ever did even after calling 3 times!!) This Lowe’s sucks! The employees suck! Been trying to get a fridge and stove delivered, and no one can give me a time. No one can even answers the freaking phones! Never shop at this Lowe’s. Save yourself the hassle.
Not even a single penny will be spent on Lowe's anymore. 1 star is just way too much for them. The expensive items we bought from the online store were never came in. And really funny that they marked them as "delivered" in their worthless system & refused to even refund the money! The worst customer service anyone could ever expect. #ShutDownLowe's

You need more than one register open in the garden center on a pretty Saturday - I’m 12th in line to check out!
Lady at customer service desk in the store was great. But Lowe's online system is terrible. Website told me that there were 2 of an item in stock and that I could pick it up the same day - I place my order online (give my credit card info and everything), drive 30 minutes out of my way to the store, and find out that it's a seasonal item and that the website was wrong. Please fix your system! Definitely never shopping at Lowe's again....
