I feel as if Richard sustiata is stalking me......
I went in to get paint.... 45 min and no paint... the guy in the paint department didn't know how to work the department... ask the manager for help she didn't know then catches an attitude with customers that's been waiting longer than me... a store with at least 20 employees on the clock no one knows how to work the paint department...�� I'm at home depot now getting what I need
If you want to be stood up on your appliance delivery order three times in a row, buy from Lowe’s. If you want to have your time wasted by trying to call their delivery Center to make sure they stop wasting your time with missed deliveries, buy from Lowe’s. If you want failed promises and lies from their executive customer service team at their HQ, buy from Lowe’s. If you want on time, good customer service try amazon, Home Depot, Best Buy, etc.
Big big mistake from choosing tile at Lowe's to be installed in my house. Big big mistake to have anything installed by Lowe's installation department. Four months out and they have left me high and dry. Tile was damaged by installers and not repaired to this day. Big big mistake to use Lowe's installation for anything that you do.
I know this was a case of false advertisements.I went on Black Friday and paid for the refrigerator. Everday unti December 6. 2017 the store and the delivery service XPO Logistic lied about delivery and could produce that refrigerator. Glad to say I went to Gulfgate got my money I will never buy an appliance or big ticket items from LOWE'S. Sears or Conn is very reliable
Went in person since I could not get any answers only the phone (placed on hold then hung up only repeatedly)on a delivery that was suppose to arrive on the 2nd. At customers service for 2hrs and left the store still unclear as to where my purchased items are. I was told I'd get a called from the delivery dept manager today. Lies. I called today but used the 1800# and was given incident report # for a formal complaint. Never again is all I can say. Don't depend on their promises

Bought an AC. Took it out the box it looks like it was dropped or hit a couple of times. Completely mistreated. Called the store and was placed on hold and then hung up on 3 times. I would suggest you open every appliance box in the store to check it before buying.
