WHAT A WASTE Beyond pissed and this has RUINED my day. I've been in Lowes since BEFORE 10 AM! It is now 1:15 pm. Such incompetent employees/staff. It took them over a hour and a half to get the wood I needed from above (& they were not busy..they just didn't want to get that paticular wood even though all their $30 4x4s below were cracked and trash -\-\ had to find another employee who made them take it down) and when I finally try to check out ...ohhh noo you can use tax exempt in the self check out I've ALWAYS been able to... read more

@Lowes installed 20 hurricane windows & all 20 have been leaking for over 4 MONTHS. They attempt to cover the windows but plastic blows off right away and leaks continue unabated. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kBGkQlZUELE #wetmoldywallsbylowes

This store has THE WORSE customer service. 3rd time I have had to call Corporate on them and nothings been done. If they would get AUSTIN Lowe’s store employees to come train the fools at Gulfgate, it would be worth shopping here.
