Bought & paid for flooring yesterday which they said was in stock now I'm here to pick it up and they say that they don't have it. Have been waiting over 40 minutes for a manager to come speak to me!
I do enjoy shopping at Lowe's, however not at this location. I recently learned that this location does not honor the Lowe's military discount as outlined in their policy that other stores follow, this store has additional exclusions including wood pellets. If a marine can't use the discount to keep his family warm while he is hundreds or thousands of miles away than that is disgraceful.
