Lowe's not so good The store in worcester is clean. The employees, if i found one, were some what helpfull. I had to search throughout the store to find an employee to help me. I decided to go to the Home Depot in Worcester.
AWFUL customer service. I just purchased a washer/dryer and was told that Lowes has to install it to ensure that the warranty that we purchased is valid. The set was delivered and the delivery people told me they were scheduled for a garage delivery only (and showed me the directions they were given). I am extremely unhappy with this store. My husband and I ordered flooring from this store on March 26th. We paid for the flooring and for delivery. On the day it was supposed to be delivered it never came. We called the store and we’re told the truck broke down and that it would be delivered the following week. took a load of mulch in to be unloaded. the guy unloading was friendly and unloaded pretty quick.
get people in worcester store who care. Nobody ever answers the phone, or can answer a simple question. Very bad store
on hold for 20 minutes uses forced to listen to the crappies music in the crappies of quality only to have them pick up and say please hold. then the crappy music stopped after 30 minutes and I got bored and called back only to have them not answer. cucks

I have been trying to install a faucet and closet doors and it has taken them a long time to call back and schedule an appointment. The installation cost is fairly expensive so waiting almost three weeks for kitchen faucet to be installed seems like too long.
