We usually like this store however tonight we called got transferred three times and they never answered the phone so I would say there is a level of incompetence here
employees were very helpful, & found everything I was looking for. bought a electronic screwdriver. I picked out the most expensive one & one of their employees showed me where the black &:decker ones were. I save over $30.00. I had an awesome experience this morning, & highly recommend this store. one issue is that paint is wicked expensive. going e lb elsewhere for it.
Terrible customer service over the phone. Took no responsibility for an error through their delivery company. I do not recommend this Lowe’s location or the XPO trucking company they use to distribute their appliances. I’m disgusted!
I purchased ceramic tile for my kitchen floor last July . The Managers Sean and Mike were extremely helpful in making sure that my tile floor was delivered on time. I also want to thank Pia in the Flooring Dept. Her customer service skills are awesome . The installers Lowes hired East Coast Flooring were amazing 5 stars
Bad service me & my husband asked several workers for help about getting information about the carpet's and everyone of them said they will get someone to help us after waiting an hour someone helped us. Lazy workers.
We were there tonight and tried to buy a grill. After asking three people for help waiting half a hour for them to send someone over. The gentleman could not answer any questions said this was not his department and walked away. I guess the store did not need my sale.
You never have my order ready. I always have to wait. Even if you say it is ready for pickup
