Purchased a refrigerator here a little over 2 1/2 years ago. Freezer wasn't working. Had to pay a guy to come in and tell me the compressor was gone and i have a lemon. Called Maker of the fridge no help. Went to ask Lowe's for help. NO HELP at all. Least they could have done was give me a discount on another one. Needless to say will not be buying appliances here.
We had a 16 ft x 32 ft deck installed by Lowe's (Worcester, MA store) in October. The contractors did a good job on the installation but have not moved their dumpster, which they had brought over to collect the construction debris. It has been sitting in our driveway, blocking the garage, for the last one month and repeated calls to the installation contractor and calls and visit to Lowe's Worcester, MA store has not produced any action. Prices are better than home depot!!!! Definitely shopping here from now on!!!
I saw a patio set that was on sale, when I went to purchase it, they told me it was only for the display model, which was not stated anyway. I asked for them to honor the price and they would not. I sent a complaint to the online customer service site and they never responded. I am not pleased with the customer service there and let's see if anyone responds to this, I am not counting on it. So typical of a big box store.

I can't say enough good things about the customer service help I got from Sabrina and Sean today. My Kobalt lawn mower stopped working and it was truly a no hassle return - just like the warranty states! In and out in no time at all with a brand new model.
It's an okay place to shop for those home improvement things.
