This is the 2nd oven/range we have bought from Lowes. Never again. We live 125mi. away. 1st one, had a missing manual. 2nd one I asked if everything was there anything needed? They said everything there. Got home, no electrical cord to plug it in. Now why couldn't the salesmen tell us we needed to purchase this separately?
When a Manger basically tells you he can't help you after sitting there for 45 min. Won't recommend any of my friends or family to go there again.
Went in to purchase a refigerator..$1400.00 and possibly a stove which would have been a $2100.00 plus sale. I was walking in department 2 of lowes associates just talking. Made eye contact several times. Not once was I asked if I need help. I shouldn't have to go to them; they should come to me!!!!! Tearing g up my card and going to home depot.

Evan P just refused to give me a military discount even with my military ID. What a disgrace, he repeatedly said Lowe's doesn't offer veterans discount.
Need a new medicine cabinet. Went online and found one on the Lowe's site. It said it was available for store pickup in 2 days. Got call from local store next day and was told it would be here by Tuesday AT THE LATEST. Check status online the morning of the 25th. It showed ready for pickup. I am really angry at your store right now. You have an offer for military discount valid 7/3/14 to 7/7/14. It says to bring in a valid ID or other proof of service. So I bring in my DD214 (discharge paper) and the clerk in a snotty manner in front of other customers said "I'll accept your DD21 THIS time but in the future you need to show a VA card or military ID.
