Issac in the outside landscaping fenced area is a HUGH TOOL AND WAS A HUGE PRICK to my husband and I. Jeff inside was great help And our cashier Brenda was very nice

I almost was run over by a suv as I was walking into the store. Guy came within a foot of hitting me and I was in the crosswalk. He never did stop, kept rolling his tires. Many aisles were blocked with merchandise so couldn’t get around with my cart. When I attempted to go down an aisle an associate said “ good luck!” And made no attempt to help me. I left my cart and walked out the door

I only went in because I had a gift card. I was the 4th person in line when I walked up and there were only 2 registers open. There was a man standing watching the lines get longer and longer, but never calling additional cashiers or opening a register himself. While I stood there two other workers walked by, stopping to talk to him before wandering off. When I finally got to register there were 5 people behind me. I've been a loyal Lowe's customer for over 12 years. I had carpet installed about a year and a half ago and it developed a ridge. I called earlier this year and was told that should never happen and would get a call back from a manager. A few months go by and I haven't heard anything. I call again and am told I will get a call back, still no call. I get back in town and talk to them in person and once again am told someone will call me. Wanted to say thank you to the guy in the appliance department. After being a bit overwhelmed trying to find the right bulb for my microwave that didn't have any info on it, i went to the appliance section. He found a screwdriver and removed a bulb from a display that was similar to my microwave. This one had numbers on it so I could go buy the right size. Didn't get his name but he was fantastic. Great service sll for a 4 dollar bulb. Thank you and give him a raise!

Went to Lowe’s on King Avenue in Billings,MT to buy a grill, rolled the one we wanted to the register and a random worker came and was extremely rude to us, wheeled it away and said “you can’t buy displays” and we were left hanging with no grill. (No offers to grab one that we were allowed to buy, even when we asked well can we get the number off of it real quick so we know which one to ask for then??) We will be taking our $400 elsewhere to a store that has nice, helpful, employees who want the sale. So disappointed.

Thanks Brian in appliances and Adam for getting me another washer when my brand new one broke. Store could use better phone courtesy when you call though.

Worst customer service EVER. DO NOT BUY AN APPLIANCE HERE unless you want an appliance that doesn't work! Absolutely NO Customer service to help even when the Extended Protection Plan was purchased since it is still covered under the manufacturers warranty, you then have to fight with the manufacturer = HUGE waste of money!!!!!!
