Lowe's instead of giving me my money back on a product returned with receipt gave me a in-store card. When I went to use the card, there was only $1.99 on it. Went through all the proper channels and in the end they told me if I thought a crime was committed to file a claim with the police. I didn't lose that much money but it is the principle. I can guarantee that the money I lost will be a drop in the bucket to the money I won't spend there in the future.
Had the best experience today! Verlin in the hardware department was exceptionally helpful and provided first rate customer service! Associates like him make me a return customer anywhere and I will continue shopping at Lowe’s!
Love the new Veterans program. It’s about time some retailer made it easy. Thank you for supporting our Veterans and offering something for them. I’ll be doing all my future renovation shopping here for this very reason. I’ve also have very good experience with the employees in this location. Always helpful and ready to answer questions.

I waited for 20 minutes for one of your appliance sales people to help me buy a new range,,,NOTHING~!!!! I went to Freds next door and their delivery truck beat me home with my new range... This is the only time you people have failed me and that makes me sad that you have a department that lacking....
