Reason for "it's ok" is because they didn't know where their stuff was. I had to find it myself on the shelves. They knew that had 4 of the item I wanted but could not locate them.
I'm here right now and had to wait quite awhile after pressing the 'need help' button to actually get help with cutting electrical wire. Then the associate who came to help didn't have a vest and seemed annoyed that we didn't understand immediately that he was here to help us. We then had to repeat our request 3 times for our 12-2 indoor wire before we were actually assisted. This place has gone to pot.
Tried to get a price match on wood pellets to the lower price at Home Depot across the street yesterday. Cashier was incompetent and manager was rude. Basically suggested I shop elsewhere, so I did.
The worst customer service! This was the 3rd item I've ordered from them and have not received by specified date. I call and ask where the item is and I'm told "oh, it's never here on the date stated"....ummmmm ok that's nice. Never gonna purchase a large item from there again.
They send you a rebate check , made out to you then refuse to honor their check when you go to the store to purchase some more items. I ended up going across the street to Home Depoe and purchasing my items. So don't try to use a check they send to you as I guess they suspect their checks may bounce!
Lowe's Home Improvement Center gave me the 10% Veterans discount.
Brian in the paint department!! Thank you! I needed some spray paint and you took the time to find the elusive box of it on the shelves. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that!
I continue to be blown away by Lowe's in Billings...and not in a good way. This evening was another prime example of their terrible customer service. I ran down an associate asking for help with flooring but it wasn't his department. He called for help on the intercom for a flooring associate to go to the flooring help desk. I waited there 16 minutes and not one Lowe's employee came by. Management, if you are reading this, check the security footage. This happens every single time I go in there. Unacceptable.
