I live nearby, so lowe's is my go-to place for home projects. Yesterday I had the most positive experience I've ever had there with an associate named Jon (John?) over by lumber and doors. He was incredibly helpful and kind. He listened to my ill-experienced terminology of my inspired project and offered assistance of additional hardware I'd need to complete it properly (without making me feel talked-down to while appreciating what would give me the most bang for my buck). I have to rate my experience thus far as poor. After spending thousands of dollars on a suite of appliances last night, the store assistant manager could not be bothered to speak with me after I requested assistance after an unresolved call to the Lowe's rebate center. Instead he had the customer service assistant give me the customer care number to call. Completely unprofessional to put your customer service folks in that position.

Seven weeks out, carpet my daughter and son in law had installed still isn't correct and no one seems to care or is professional enough to realize people didn't do their job. There's no carpet in the hall, there's carpet where there wasn't supposed to be, no carpet ramp where asked for, the edges in many places haven't even been put down right...and she, seven weeks later and a big holiday get together gone, they're still not satisfied and continually being told they've never contacted anyone! Beyond fed up dealing with you all about a simple carpet issue. You gave us a timeline of 2-3 weeks to install a carpet and even after 3 weeks we hear nothing from you. Finally after I call in you blame the installing company and when the installing company comes to install the carpet, the carpet is 5 feet short and then Lowes blames the manufacturer. I was in there the other day picking up 3 5 gallon buckets of killz! Now on normal day I can put them in the cart myself and be on my merry way. But considering I am almost 5 months pregnant I was very offended when I asked for help to get them up from and the lady not only looked at me like I was crazy she then proceeded to bring me a cart. I'm having a very difficult time with a kitchen cabinet install. The subcontractor cut out portions of the cabinets to go over plumbing and electrical rather than small holes around the pipes. Cabinet screws are not flush, cabinets are not put together well, and only half the job was done. Lowes reordered those cabinets and they came in two weeks ago. They are still not installed. Love it!! Love the customer service reps there!!! They r fantastic!! Especially that Sandra chic!!! She is awsum!!!
